Alright man look, I love Linux to death and have dailied it for almost two decades, but Linux is more like a chopper running an evo.
It can be a real piece of shit at times, it takes a lot of maintenance and fixing shit, sometimes you have to use a totally different part because some of the parts you used before have no equivalent still being manufactured, but it is bulletproof and always fixable with a little bit of work.
