There was a board game cafe I used to go to and in their bathroom there was a toilet out in the open near the sinks (as well as regular stalls). Someone eventually asked and apparently the place used to be a nightclub and it was for people to throw up.

As someone who has been to a few different prisons (past opiate addict) I have shit in all three scenarios with full stations.
