    When I’m in ketosis, there would be no way I can eat that entire plate in 1 sitting unless I’m working out. That played including the potatos is like 2 meals.

    Keto helps you consume less foods since you feel more full. Sugars doesn’t make you feel more full.

    • Again, I’m happy that worked for you but it is not true for everyone and no claim like “sugar bad, fat good” is ever going to help everyone get more healthy. I myself lost weight by increasing fiber and protein (so many lentils and beans) and decreasing unhealthy snacks. But take my pasta and bread and I will feel unhappy and unmotivated and not move a muscle all day.
