I did a poll and nearly 30% of the people who voted said they used Sync! It’s stayed around that percent the whole time too!

My pihole also blocks all the ads
Not the placeholders though
You can also use something like RethinkDNS for a customized DNS ad blocking. I use AdAway on my phone.
