They’re wearing them upside down? Maybe they were released too early
And I think they are labeled L and R, because I see an L on the right foot.
Some have the sizes denoted as letters on them. Mine had an S for Small. Others had Ms, Ls, and a few XLs.
Many are double sided for safety

Even with that; the labels are from before they started double siding them they never changed the molds (I was told by a nurse at my stay).
