I don’t think I get it
My guess is that it’s an anti-joke. A dying neutron star will destroy anyone no matter what you can or can’t digest.
Original joke was something specific to lactose intolerance, like milk or yogurt. This anti-joke just replaces it with something that would destroy them like that regardless of their lactose bigotry.

How is it bigotry to be lactose intolerant when it’s not a choice any individual can make? Being lactose tolerant isn’t even a trait shared by half the world’s adult population.
