F# definitely and maybe Haskell and OCaml as well? Elixir and Erlang use it as a binary concatenation operator.
Yes for OCaml. Haskell’s inequality is defined as
/=(for ≠).<>is usually the Monoidmappendoperator (i.e. generalized binary concatenation).
