If you played witcher 3 and didn’t think ciri would be the protagonist of 4 you are very dumb.
I haven’t played any of the games. I only watched the Netflix series and it’s pretty fucking obvious that Ciri is Geralt’s heir-apparent.
And if you read the books, it also comes as no surprise.
There were some leaks or rumors that the main protagonist of the new Witcher game will be somebody new from the new School of the Lynx.
I was excited to play as somebody completely new and somebody who isn’t in Geralt’s circle.
Ciri is a great character though and I’m looking forward to the game either way.
Ciri’s medallion in the trailer was a Lynx medallion. It’s probable we will see a new character that’s a Lynx witcher, maybe either a student or teacher to Ciri.
