Yep I get u. As a disabled person I eventually got used to the inevitable ableism on social media, lemmy is “better” than reddit or X, but it’s still shit.
I’m certain you didn’t mean that they are, but the meme format kinda implies it, so I just thought I’d point out from here on that intersection that the two groups aren’t mutually exclusive😊
