Yes!!! Jaw dropped when I say xi for the first time, though I will say I was astounded that mathemeticians use so many simple letters with font styling that are easy to confuse, like how am I supposed to differentiate 𝖌 in writing from polynomial g 💀
I used to did Xi as an inverted 3, with a little tail like the one in ç. And I had to re do my X^2 after a friend asked me why my homework was full os swastikas.
