Femboys are boys who dress, act, and/or look feminine.
Trans girls are girls who were assigned male at birth and identify as girls.

Maybe, it just seemed to me that she didn’t consider or know about the possibility of transitioning
It’s possible I guess, maybe she also just didn’t want to wait for changes that would never be as good as if it had always been (yesterday is way faster than 2-3 years after all), and also when you change history, you change all people’s memories too.
