I am starting to realize how hard my files are to find. I keep rsyncing so much stuff to newer phones and SD cards, I don’t remember where everything is.
13,003 files accross 1,181 directories on SD card
9,756 files accross 522 directories on internal (user accessible, thus excluding Android)I roughly sorted, and then OCR indexed my funny folder using Obsidian and one way sync from my phone to my PC 🙂 Now I can search by text in images.
I get around this problem by having ~10 very important files that I shoehorn into all situations
I just save everything to iCloud and let it rot there at 20 dollars a month*
