LOL I thought the same thing, plus they don’t actually look all that great they look like shitty pre-made gas station doughnuts so they are mediocre at best.

The more hole the better

Ok this may sound insane but trangle cut sandwiches definitely taste different than square cut. 3 holed donuts obviously won’t but at least with sandwitches it changes how much of the crust vs everything else you taste.

It actually is. More surface area, more tasty, tasty maillard reaction
