My NAS is on an embedded Xeon that at this point is close to a decade old and one of my proxmox boxes is on an Intel 6500t. I’m not really running anything on any really low spec machines anymore, though earlyish in the pandemic I was running boinc with the Open Pandemics project on 4 raspberry pis.
Yeah 3d printed gun is such a misnomer for most of the “ghost guns”, the gun he had was just the printed frame. That section of the 3d printing community isn’t really my scene but that seems to be what I’ve seen for all the printed guns, lower/frame with barrel and trigger assembly being metal pieces. I think years ago I saw a modern reinterpreting of the WW2 Liberator that was done in all plastic but that’s obviously designed to shoot only once.
I’m sure you know more about the scene than I do and can correct or verify my knowledge.
I’m not sure a cherry picker would work here but I don’t know enough about cherry pickers to be able to answer for sure. Like cherry pickers are meant more for up than out and these guys aren’t more than like 16ish feet up and are probably further than that from the closest pool edge, the boom might not be able to go that far out that low with any sort of load on it.
I don’t love this.
